You just learned by hard work and repetition to suppress your true being. Since generations these stories of how life has to be were passed onwards until they reached you. It doesn’t need much to un-learn these outdated, protective patterns, but it does need one thing: A clear decision from you. Because it is scary, and you might have learned to not question these subconscious blockages on a deeper level. That decision you can make by committing to look at your shadows and in all honesty get to know who you really are. That’s what I am here to help you with.

In the sessions I am offering here, we always go with the intention of bringing back your natural glow, your fire and your enthusiasm for the beautiful thing that life is. I am there to help you to find back to your light.

My own healing path led me from simple meditation using an app and doing some yoga exercises that a friend showed me, over intense Ayahuasca ceremonies and Temazcal rituals, to the “tools” I am using today. Breathwork, past life regression and energetic healing.

I found that true healing is not about fixing, but rather about making conscious what lies beneath the surface and then choosing to let go. This is what I offer to guide you through. Because when we let go of what we are not, what we are comes back to life.
