Your space to breathe

Through deep breathing over a prolonged period of time, a deep connection to something beyond your thoughts and everyday consciousness appears.

You arrive in your body. Emotions, images, long forgotten memories; tears, that were buried for what feels like a lifetime, come up. I am there to hold the space for you and to guide you even deeper.

By going and breathing through all the layers, the joy and freedom, that you essentially are, emerges to the surface. That is always the intention I carry for all sessions I give.

Whatever you bring into the session, we will work with.

It may be longing for more love for yourself, the wish for more clarity about career choices, a deeper and more honest connection to your partner, or that you finally want to listen to that inner voice in you that says “Hey, there are some things I buried deep down, that I want to look at.” All these are common themes for the people that come to work with me.

What to expect

I will guide you for 5 days in a row, with sessions lasting about 2 hours each. We talk about your intention and about whatever is present in you before the session. I’ll guide you deeply by being present while you breathe, and with my words and touch.

I hold a space for you, to be you. With all your aspects. All your beauty, fears, shame, doubt, joy, laughter and aliveness. The sessions go as deep as you are ready to open up. I will be there to help you, discovering sides of you, that you might have forgotten about, and that yearn to be remembered.

The breathing technique is based on the principles of the “conscious connected breath” developed by Rüdiger Dahlke. This means you continuously breathe in and out deeply through the mouth, without any pauses. I’ll guide the session intuitively, based on these principles and the teachings of my teacher Karin Nikbakht.

Structure of each session

Opening the Space

At the start of each session, we talk about your intentions and about what is present for you right now. We already go deep here. What is it that you long for? What made you go on this journey?

If you have any questions about the technique etc. there is also plenty of space for that. Whatever you bring to the session has space here.

Breathing

The breathing is the main part of the session. About 1 - 1,5 hours in length. I guide you with words, touch, and my full presence to where you need to go. I will hold the space for you and be by your side, with whatever comes up.

Floating

After the breathing, follows the floating phase. You just lay on the mat, let your breath return to it’s natural rhythm and surrender to it’s flow. You let yourself fall into the sensations of your body and feel into of what opened up during the session.

Integration

At the end of each session, we talk about what came up during the breathing, what emotions and moments were standing out, what is present now. We also talk about how these shifts and realisations might translate into your life outside the session.

1.200,-€ (incl. 400,-€ deposit to book your spot)

  • Please send me an email to hi@flofahrenholz.com before you book, so we can find a time slot for your one-on-one week.

  • Up to 4 weeks before the start of the mentoring, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
    After that (within 4 weeks of the start), cancellation is no longer possible and the full amount must be paid.

  • Nein, du brauchst keine Vorkenntnisse. Alles, was du wissen musst, werde ich dir in den Vorgesprächen näher bringen und erklären. Wichtig ist nur, dass du diese Erfahrung nur buchst, wenn du wirklich bereit bist dich voll darauf einzulassen.

  • Nachdem du die Anzahlung getätigt hast, schicke ich dir eine Email mit einer Zusammenfassung deiner Buchung, sowie genauen Infos zum Ort der Sessions.

    Deine Rechnung erhältst du in einer separaten Email.

    Der Restbetrag wird 2 Wochen vor deiner Begleitung fällig. Solltest du weniger als einen Monat vor der Begleitung buchen, wird direkt der Gesamtbetrag fällig.

  • Es gibt Kontraindikatoren für den verbundenen Atem, wie z.B. Schwangerschaft, Herz-Kreislauf Störungen, kürzliche Operationen und physische Verletzungen, sowie der regelmäßige oder kürzliche Konsum von Psychopharmaka, Alkohol und anderen Drogen.

    Je nachdem worum es geht, ist es eventuell auch möglich die Sessions ohne den verbundenen Atem zu machen. Sprich mich gern an, wenn du dir unsicher bist.

  • B‍ei Absage früher als 4 Wochen vor der Session: Die Anzahlung fällt als Stornogebühr an.

    Bei Absage innerhalb von 4 Wochen vor der Session: Stornierung nicht möglih. Der komplette Betrag fällt an.

  • Überweisung, Paypal, Barzahlung, Bitcoin und weitere Cryptowährungen.

    Bei Zahlungen in Cryptowährungen wird das Euroequivalent zum jeweiligen Zahlungszeitpunkt fällig.
